Bike Aero Testing

Air resistance is a significant factor affecting cycling speed.

If you can reduce the amount of air resistance you are going up against you will go faster for the same effort. With our new advanced technology you can test how aerodynamic you are and find free speed!

The difference between riding at 15mph (24kph) and 20mph (32kph) with the same riding position and the same equipment requires around 50% more power being pushed through the pedals, due to increased air resistance. This effort then goes up exponentially. The best way to reduce the extra effort required to increase your speed is to change you body position and equipment to make it more aerodynamic.
