I began my athletic journey as a swimmer at the age of 11. I developed quickly and competed in the pool up to a national level before moving into coaching roles, getting my first head coach job at the age of 20. Over an 11 year career in swimming I produced numerous national finalists and medallists, all with limited time and resources - similar to many athletes that have to balance their time!

I took up triathlon in 2014 and have competed for Great Britain at an age-group level on the world stage over Sprint and Standard Distance, however my focus has always been on others with coaching my biggest passion. 

​

I am a highly qualified Swimming, Running and Triathlon Coach with personal experience competing in all of the disciplines over all distances.

​

My philosophy is that everything should be done for a reason - an approach that goes into all of my training plans!

​

I personally provide all coaching support with training plans. I have a calm, no ego approach to coaching, everyone has their own targets, and whatever they might be, I will be there for you.

All of our training plans are written by highly qualified coaches with years of experience.

Every single one of our plans is written in a progressive way with the intention of developing your ability and technique in the long term, reducing your chance of injury. 

With all workouts progressively orientated towards your goal, you will feel achievement in every session.

Every session of every plan has it's rationale explained to you so you always know why you are training.

If you leave your email, we will support you with any extra advice you might need, from swapping sessions and explaining anything you don't understand to strength and nutrition advice.

We have created plans over various duration's of weeks. With longer plans designed around consistent training and slower, meaningful progressions and shorter plans focused on getting you event ready, quickly. The focus of all plans is on using your time as efficiently and effectively as possible.

By choosing a plan with the duration that you want to train, you will be safe in the knowledge that you are using your time efficiently to achieve you goals leaving you with the time to do the other things in life that matter.

We use TrainingPeaks, the world leading training platform where you can follow and manage your training. It also allows for seamless synchronisation between your training plan and your smart watch or bike computer so you can follow your workouts in real time.
