Our Super Sprint Training Plans are aimed at those wishing to do their first ever triathlon.
Starting with the basics of swim, bike and run build yourself up to a level you know you can do it!
You will progress in distance and intensity as your confidence increases.
Every workout explains why it’s included, how it helps you reach your goal, and how it should make you feel.
Each plan includes swim sessions with simple but mighty technique tips from a professional coach with 12 years of experience where you will improve your technique, confidence and speed!
Training is kept balanced, varied and efficient so you are not wasting any time and are constantly motivated.

We use the TrainingPeaks platform for our plans so if you have a smartwatch with swimming, cycling and running functionality, every session, of every plan can be uploaded and followed live.
