Service Description

Give yourself the maximum speed per stroke and increase the efficiency of your rotation and timing. Increasing the efficiency of your movements when swimming will help your increase the speed and distance you can travel for each stroke. In this swim clinic we are going to be looking at the ways that you can improve the efficiency of every movement you make and we will put a large emphasis on the timing and control of your rotation to maximise your whole body in this process. It is recommended that you can swim 200m of front crawl before doing this session but you will only be required to swim a maximum of 100m at a time during the session. Chris, the coach for the session has over 12 years of experience with competitive swimmers from novices to British champions. He is a level 3 qualified swimming coach and grew up with swimming as his main sport.
