6 Week - 5KM Improvement Training Plan


Improve your running with this FREE 5KM program designed for newer runners who run occasionally and are determined to improve! This plan includes 3 runs per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday but can be done to your own schedule. All sessions have full video descriptions.
