Super-Sprint Triathlon Plans

Our beginner super-sprint training plans have been designed for those who are taking on their first ever triathlon and have very little experience of the 3 triathlon sports. They will build you up from as little as 30 minutes of swimming and cycling and 20 minutes of running to be able to do all 3 in a row for a super-sprint triathlon.

 

Our triathlon plans are focused on being a highly efficient use of time and focus on targeted but varied training that will keep you motivated throughout the process. 

These plans average just over 4 hours of training per week, with each week of the plan typically consisting of 1-2 swims, 2 bikes and 1-2 run sessions with 2 days of rest. 

For all of our triathlon plans there are 3 levels of swimming available, beginner (which is swimmers that typically swim slower than 2:30 per 100m), intermediate (between 1:50 and 2:30 per 100m) and advanced. (faster than 1:50 per 100m) All of these sessions are written by a professional swimming coach so are some of the best you will find anywhere!
